Jesus said, This is the rock on which I will put together my church, a church so expansive with energy that not even the gates of hell will be able to keep it out. (Matthew 16:18b)
Every time I read those words I think, “I WANNA BE A PART OF THAT CHURCH!” It’s the church that changes the course of history. It’s the church that holds out hope when it seems all hope is lost. It’s the church that loves the people no one else gives the time of day.
