Building Up: What is God Saying? (read Exodus 20:1-17)
1-Focus on verses 4-6. What were some of the issues of the day with people who were trying to worship gods?
2-Read Colossians 1:15-20. What do these verses say about the “image” of God?
3-”Firstborn” and “before all things” is talking about Jesus’ preeminence. How does this fit with people today saying they love God, but don’t really want to follow Jesus?
