This church is such a remarkable family. I’ve witnessed it time and time again over the past 22 years. But I’m not the only one who sees it that way. Ron Hoffman asked if he could hijack the blog for a day to express his gratitude. We informed you of his prosthetic expense once…and you all came through with over $7,500! So, here are Ron’s thoughts on Community…
I have always known what a special place this church is. I guess I shouldn't be amazed at the generosity of its members, but I am. From the time I went into the hospital, and through my recovery, the people from Community have been there at every step with cards, prayers, visits, food...you name it, it was there.
And now, Money! The money collected to help pay for my prosthetic has lifted an enormous burden from me. Thank you for that and for everything! You have helped ease the most difficult time in my life. I know that God has truly blessed me by bringing me here and getting to know you.

Hi Ron,
Thank you for using all the gifts God gave you. It has been thru your gifts that you reached out to each one of us and inspired us, allowed us to have many, many belly laughs and to see you perform on stage. From you gifts that you have used to bring the glory to God, He inturn has allowed us to give back to you a small small token of our appreciation. Isn't it great how the small things cling and gather unto themselves and before you know it you have been delived a SNOWBALL. GOD has blessed each one of us.
