Thank You

Thank You

I'm looking over our website just a day before it goes public. I'm impressed with the teamwork it takes to put something like this together...and I have to stop and say THANKS!

Our leadership team (staff & elders) have spent the better part of a year praying, reading, discussing and planning the changes you are starting to see represented in the content of this site. While I am the public face of leadership at Community, we are in NO WAY a one man show. I'm surrounded by more than just talented people, I'm surrounded by good people. These people are truly amazing on many levels. We, at Community, owe a lot to the people who make up the leadership team of this special family.

Now to specific people...Matt Leebert is the creative genius behind this website. He's the one that pushed me to begin this blog. Matt has done a great job on this site as well as many other technical creations that truly enhance our presentation of the Gospel. Thanks Matt. You really stretched me on this one.

Our new logo was designed by Stephanie Sullivan. I love it, and have gotten all kinds of positive responses about the design and colors. It's fresh and clean and will give us a great image to represent our family in this valley. As a volunteer, Stephanie does a lot of our graphic arts work. Way to go Stephanie...thanks for bringing your gifts to this place and making an impact with your artisitic bent.

Josh Killebrew has made our media on this website possible. Josh and Matt worked to make sure we would not only have audio and video of our messages available, they made it possible to subscribe through iTunes to have them automatically downloaded to your computer (if you so choose). Josh, you're quiet, but your gifts speak volumes to us here at Community.

We redesigned our weekend program and Joni Gott had the honor of figuring out how all our information would fit on the new, smaller, happier version. :)  Joni thank you so much for being patient with me as I kept wanting this change and then that change and this change again.

We probably haven't caught every typo or mistake, but it wasn't from a lack of trying. My administrative assistant--Denise Hunt, our worship leader/English teacher--Lisa Hypes and our Associate Pastor--Mikel Homa caught most of my mistakes in the content of this site. Although, none of them had a look at this blog before it was posted...so no guaruntees here! Seriously, gang, thanks for looking it over...and over...and over...

Thanks team for all your input, all your ideas, all your hard work...YOU ALL ROCK!

The website looks outstanding. I know everyone put a lot of time into it and when I heard that some people would stay up until sunrise trying to complete the project, it inspired me to do more and have a better attitiude about doing it. Leading the way for the unsaved.

Top of the morning to you, John.

There were a lot of firsts with me while I was at CCC. So add another first for me. My first visit to a Blog site. It is no wonder the blog looks so good. Each person on your staff, as they signed for the long haul, hit the deck running and they haven't stopped since. I've used them as a benchmark and other staffs have come up wanting. John you give credit where credit is due but actually your leadership capabilites bring out the best in all of us. By the way, my 2nd knee surgery went well and I am home now. Don

Hi John, THANK YOU! The website is wonderful. Being able to watch last week's message keeps me plugged in at a time when I'm not so "connected." I love the website's simplicity. Thank you for all the ways you support us. It's been very needed and important to me. Thank you for caring and sharing God's love. As CCC digs deeper into God's love and purpose, I'm looking forward to great things to come.

    In Him, Karen

guess i shoulda' started here, with the 'thank you' page... oh, well. i am still just so ecstatic about this website! i might get over myself enough to connect with some other "bagg" people out there, via this awesome avenue of communication opportunity! Heavy Blessings on y'all, like a rollin' snowball!

LOVE YOU CONNIE KLEM! i'll be agreeing with your prayer.

Being able to watch and listen to last Sundays message at home was a blessing. It reminded me that John was a step brother and that Joseph had step children. Wow. There were absolutely extended families 2000 years ago. I didn't realize that during service on Sunday but I am certainly going to e-mail this to my children. They are step brothers and sisters. And a lot like the sons of thunder. There is hope.

Thankyou for all of the hard work and God Bless you all
