Probably many of you out there don’t know that Women’s Walk has its very own leadership team of ladies who meet together regularly to discuss ideas, plan events, and most importantly we pray together. We pray for ourselves and what God is doing in each of our lives. We pray for guidance; we want to know what God is doing in our valley and how we can join Him in making a difference in people’s lives. We pray for our church and that means that we pray for YOU, for we are the church.
I say this to encourage you that when you’re wondering if anyone even cares, the answer is a resounding YES!
I also say this because I have asked this group of ladies not only to stand in the gap in prayer and in leadership of the saints (2 Thess 1:11-12) here at Community, but also because they will be sharing on this blog on a regular basis.
We do hope to have a page or a post soon that will introduce them all to you so that you’ll know who is praying for you. Click on this link to take you to our next post by Donna Robbins. -- Serving shoulder to shoulder, Lisa

I think Lisa should say she is serving toe to toe or arch to arch, given the picture on the top of the Women's Walk page!
Thanks for this post. It's amazing how God works. I am feeling very down as my marriage is falling apart and I decided to check out the blog section as I have never done so before. Then I started thinking about my prayer request and how things just seem to be getting worse. I just began feeling like no one cares and no one is praying for me. It seems so simple to realize that people do care, but I guess we just need to hear it to realize it. I really appreciate it and know that people need you to pray for them. I know I don't fill in those cards unless I feel hopeless. I think you are doing a great thing and I am going to begin praying for you too.
thank YOU, Jacqueline, for making my day today. It is SO encouraging to know that someone if praying for our leadership team as well. I will be forwarding your comment over to each of them, so that they can be encouraged as well. Thanks AGAIN! Lisa
