Throughout this series we’ve been challenged to make commitments that will truly make a difference from now into eternity. Committing our time, abilities and financial resources is something Jesus talked a lot about. In this message, we’ll have an opportunity to sign on the dotted line and say that our lives are going to be used for God’s purposes. Are you in?
The difference between owning and renting is not just a financial one, it’s a decision of commitment. Many people “rent” their church until something better comes along. But others invest with their lives, time, energy and money because they are actively partnering with God in building His Kingdom.
What’s the big deal about being a part of a local body of believers (church)? When you get to the point where you can say “WE” as you talk about Community, there are some very significant ways God can work in your life. It’s the way He designed us to function.
Being intentional about how we invest our time makes a huge difference in our life. We are either going to make a difference in this life as stewards of the time that God gives us, or we’re just going to bounce around through life without much of an impact. Again, the CHOICE is ours.
