Each year at Community we focus on a theme. This year, from October 2009—September 2010, we’ll being going on an adventure together. RIGHT NOW is all about letting God work in our lives TODAY. We’re not satisfied to live in the past, even if there were some great moments. We’re also not going to wait for someday to arrive, perhaps when our lives are less hectic. We want to experience Him in a fresh way TODAY!
At Community we like to think of this adventure as an opportunity for us to connect with what God is doing now. He invites us to work with Him, to be in relationship with Him and to be strongly connected to each other. Together we can make a difference that will last for eternity. And the cool thing is…we can start RIGHT NOW!
As God's partners, we beg you not to accept this marvelous gift of God's kindness and then ignore it. For God says, "At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you." Indeed, the "right time" is now. Today is the day of salvation. -2 Corinthians 6:1-2 (NLT)
